This is the affidavit of Dr. William P. Cheshire, Jr., testifying yesterday that he approached Terri's case with a belief that withholding food and water in cases of PVS can be morally acceptable, but after examing her, changed his mind about Terri's case. I have heard again and again--and as I type I am hearing it again from George Felos--that this man has a moral standing against withholding food in all cases. In his affidavit he swears otherwise.
