The problem with your argument is that Terri Schiavo DID speak for herself. Some people just do not want to accept that because they don't agree with what she said.

I think there are lots of places for pro-life and pro-choice people to come together, but sadly, this is not one of them. Still, I applaud your efforts to think in that direction.

If there is any physician or parent thinking of denying a Down's syndrome baby surgery to correct an easily correctible esophageal obstruction, they need to be prosecuted. There has been a law against that since the mid 1980's. It's moniker is the Baby Doe Act.

You can make all the arguements you want, but the fact remains it's not anybodies decision but he husband. Scream all you want, call it killing, call it whatever you want, but it is just not any of your business. What about all the people who die of starvation who can feed themselves, maybe that is a better cause to get involved in. Seems like you all are just jumping on the media bandwagon instead of having some real impact on issues that are any of your business. Butt out. What if you all are trapping her in a body that doesn't work, when she could to go to Jesus, you are all so selfish, let her go to God and end her suffering, it is her wishes that count not yours.
