Is This What They Mean by Freedom in Afghanistan?
Christians and nonChristians alike who love freedom should be aware of the predicament of Abdul Rahman of Afghanistan. You can read a more complete story here, but in a nutshell, this man is facing a death sentence for "rejecting Islam" by converting to Christianity. I think freedom-loving Americans should be writing our President and our senators to request political pressure be put on the government our troops fought and died to help set up. We can also contact the Embassy of Afghanistan on Rahman's behalf.

An online petition is being circulated by Brian Mattson. I'm not sure how much good that sort of thing does, but I signed it. It can't hurt, especially if the numbers are large. (Hat tip LaShawn Barber.)
